00 am there's only 2 employees in the entire bank. Only one is a teller. The line is 9 people deep. Very bad service. Always have to wait in this bank. Ridiculous!

clerk helping drive thru and walking customers. Ask for information about my account. Clerk was unable to answer my questions. She was clueless. new person running the counter is not good business. Proceeded to ask someone for help. I was told to wait in line for an answer. Bad customer service. bankers with no answers.
