Probably the slowest drive through service I have ever experienced. I literally drive 20 mins out of the way to avoid this bank.

Lost my check, then denied they lost it, they gave me the run around for weeks, call this person, still never recieved my money back, then they lost my payroll check so now this is two checks, I refused to put more money in the bank they keep hitting me with NSF fees after I told the representative to close the account, they still will not give my money back. And tell me they cannot close my account until I pay their NSF fees, Please do not do business with Chase Bank.
