Went at ~9:30 am on a weekday and was helped immediately. I was helped immediately by Jessica, who was friendly and time-efficient. Opening a checking account was painless.

Convenient location.  Friendly staff and inside automated personal banker can dispenses high amounts unlike the outside atms.

Called with a simple question,  took 10 minutes on hold,  then got hung up on. Wish I would've gotten that rude lady's name.

The absolute worst chase bank I've ever been too! They are incredibly slow. I waited 45 mins just to see someone. Any other chase I've been to for over 5 years I've been in and out but this one is terrible. Your better off going two miles down the road to the other one. Trust me

Very slow!  Waited 30+ minutes and have not even talked to someone.  
Uped from 2 stars to 3 because after talking to someone they were very helpful.
