Just walked out. Standing in line with just one teller actively working. The other teller had 2 other employees huddled around her without at least acknowledging the line. The wait at this branch is consistently long.

Chase as a business gets 1 star. Location itself was overall good until the day I came in frustrated that I was charged an overdraft fee over something I shouldn't have been charged. I expressed my frustrations to what I think was a manager and said that I was tired if constantly fighting them over stuff like that and said im here to close my account. Without hesitation or even a second thought he let an account holder of over 12 years since Washington mutual close out an account. And the reason for a 1 star is because 2 years after I close my account. I receive an apology letter and a refund check (July 2017) saying that I was charged an overdraft fee that I shouldn't have. Something they could've easily taken care of the day I came in and would've kept themselves a customer. 2 years later!

Poor customer service! I might as well have been invisible, not a hello or I'll be right with you, had appointment made day prior was told there will 4 people that will be able to take the appoinment, should be out in a jiff. Guess they don't want my business. Left without any words from a Chase representative. If they dont care why should i.

Geeta Sisodia Where do I start , she is the best banker I've ever seen , she have the best customer service and you know how customer service speaks to you like an answering machine they don't really look for solutions for you , but more like read from their manual instructions NO , she's nothing like that , she will go over and beyond to help you , all I got to say is thank you geeta , u saved me a lot of time and hassle .
