I go to this bank weekly and it is great! Amazing people always there to help me.  I haven't had any trouble there.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Very rude and incompetent tellers. The teller had the audacity to tell us "you shouldve gone to another bank". No other chase branch is this way. We only had to come up to this one because it's open latest on Saturday. If you can absolutely avoid going to the Charleston branch, please do. South Charleston and St. Albans branches are much friendlier.
