I generally use a different location for my banking at chase and have never had issues. This location however lacked in customer service qualities that I am accustomed to. I do not believe that I will ever return to this location in the future.

I don't know why it's such a hassle to get a hold of them via phone... Customer service definitely needs improving.

Always friendly and kind staff, during busy hours there can be a considerable wait in my experience. Avoid rush hour and you'll have great quick service. I've been with Chase since they acquired WAMU, this is one of the best branches in my opinion.

Atm works 10% of the time. Two outside lanes and the inside all run by 1 attendant. If it looks dead, I will wait 10 minutes. If it looks busy, just leave. I am changing banks.
