Went in on a Saturday to withdraw cash for an event later that day. When we walked in, a young man greeted my wife and I, asked how he could help, and walked us to the counter. A couple minutes passed as he worked behind the desk to get us singles and fives. A couple more minutes passed. "I'm sorry. Our systems are down so we can't right now."

So it was just a place to sit on a couch until I left without money. Luckily, they were nice, not super helpful.
