Chase is a fantastic company! I am a property manager who replaces a few roofs a year and they have become my go-to roofing contractor. They are easy to get a hold of, prices are reasonable, and their work is very well done. In one particularly difficult job, we had the roof checked out by a third party who was extremely impressed by the quality of work (roof, venting and insulation). I highly recommend Chase.

PROs: The estimator was very friendly, they got the roof done extremely quickly, the roof looks good, they cleaned up the majority of the garbage left from the old roof.

CONs: The roofers openly consumed beer while working. This looks very unprofessional, and now gives me concerns on the quality of work. Also, makes it hard to recommend you company to the many neighbors looking for roof bids. There was a huge disconnect between Chase and the company they use for gutters. Chase couldn't seen to figure out when my gutters would be installed. Lastly after chase completed my roof they left tools on the roof that took them almost a week to come finally pick up.

Chase Construction NW is a great company to work with. We needed to replace our aging roof. The prices were reasonable and the installation crew was excellent. They worked quickly and efficiently to re-roof our house and they were thorough in cleaning up any leftover debris. Highly recommended!
