Buying a car is typically a hassle, but the process was incredibly easy with these guys. Being that they're in Broken Arrow, they can be a bit of a trek depending on which part of Tulsa you're coming from, but the extra time driving is well worth it for how much time you'll save compared to the typical dealership. Adam was very knowledgeable and friendly, and was very easy to work with. On top of all that, they gave me an incredible deal on a car I love. Thanks, Chase Ryan Auto Group!

First off dont let the guy who runs it Adam fool you. First started by telling me the vehicle had almost 3k less miles than it actually did when I got there (I drove 3hrs to see the truck). I was told he would make sure the vehicle GPS was up to date and would also get the door code as it only came with one key. Neither were done.  I had been in touch with him for 6wks (only when I contacted him he never once contacted me) telling me he would get the door code because he had the Vin number. Just stopped hearing anything after I stopped calling and bugging him. It was $112.50 out of my pocket to take to dealer.  Also was told the truck had a rhino bed liner. When I saw the truck and looked in the bed it was a horrible do it yourself version of the kit you buy from an automotive store. You could see horrible runs in the bed and places that were missed completely still showing the original truck bed paint. I would have to pay $400 if I chose to get a real bed liner that I was told was already in it. I would think a true car salesmen would know the difference unless they are that inexperienced.  After more inspection of the truck I found the grill was broke out.  He claimed he never knew it but it was a hole of 8" by 6" hard to miss. He did agree to take money off because I noticed it. That'd been more money out my pocket to fix once again. I did buy the truck because it's value was still high and it was the exact truck I was looking for but couldn't find anywhere and all those issues I could take care of myself. Unfortunately it cost me more money I wasn't looking to spend. When I got the truck home and looked over again I noticed the step rail was broke but could only be noticed when you climbed under truck and saw the broke brackets. I climbed under it to check engine and drive terrain and such. My fault for not checking every inch as I should have. There were a few more minor things he got passed me again my fault.   After all said and done when I got home I felt like I was dealing with a very cheap car business and a shady car salesman. FYI it's been 3 months since I bought the truck and still have tried contacting him. Once he changed his number which I thought was extremely odd. I was never rude and tried giving him the chance to make it right. Makes me wonder if he had other upset customers. But did talk to him once and he made me think he was going to take care of things. That was thanksgiving week. Here it is Christmas and have never heard anything back and I've left messages and still nothing. For your sake just keep looking elsewhere

Bought a BMW 535ix nothing but trouble from day 1. Still in shop. Haven't had it for 30 days yet.Drove it for 1week.
