My dad takes his dogs here so I tried taking my rescue cat here when I first got her for a check-up. They were so careless when looking at everything and making sure she was healthy, they seemed like they only care about dogs and it was almost if they had better things to do than help my cat. Not even a week later, I took her to College Hill Vet in College Station and they found an infection (that they said had to be there for at least a couple weeks) and they gave me help on how to decrease her weight (since she is an obese cat), the new place was way more helpful and cared way more for her than this place. I do not recommend this place at all, the employees are rude and they are not at all observant.

Our new kittens were very sick and so I called to try to get in that day (a Saturday - yikes!). They were completely booked, but fit us in anyways! It was the cleanest vet I have ever been to! Everyone we came into contact with was awesome - the gals at the desk, the tech and the vet! Our kittens are now on antibiotics and doing much better! We now have our permanent kitty vet!

Dr Emily is the best!!  Caitlin at the front desk came out to my car when I got there to get my two cats so I could wrangle my toddler.  Then Omar was our tech, and was very sweet to both my son and my cats.  He loaded my cats back into their crates and carried them to my car for me.  I apologized for being a pain and needing so much help and everyone was like what are you talking about? That's what we're here for!  They are very knowledgeable as well, dr Emily has treated my cats for their yearly exams and for a UTI

My chinchilla needed a vet ASAP called and they got me in fast. Excellent service would recommed them highly.
