Because of the proximity to Franklin Avenue, the noise from outside traffic will be amplified by a thousand in your apartment. During morning rush hour, it's like waking up ON a freeway. In the evenings, you'll have to close your windows if you want to have a simple conversation without raising your voices. You'll be told  that the building is quiet, but tenants regularly party late into the night even on weekdays, causing an outrageous amount of noise. Complaining about this will only get protests from the property manager that she can't doing anything about excessive noise- even if it's happening at 2am on a Monday night. Don't be fooled by the "great deal" this place supposedly provides- the amount of noise, and the fact that sleeping through the night is hit or miss, make this place not worth your money.
