I enjoyed my stay here at the Chateau Inn. I stayed for 2 Weeks's. I had a room with a fridge and microwave. The room was very big and spacious. Beautiful remodeled bathroom. Nice and clean. Although all the staff were most pleasant, my favorite staff was Rudy!! He was very sweet and friendly. When I would need help he was never bothered he helped always being polite and respectful. This is the person to ask for you can never go wrong asking for Rudy.

This place is nice and clean and they just got new mattresses and the room is nice and neat they have a mini Freg and microwave and a flat screen TV and the people are very nice it's better then this other hotel called the Apache Inn in Lynwood CA.  I recommend that you should stay here

My rating as follows (1-5 scale rating):
LOCATION: 4 - nice & quiet area
OVERALL CONDITION OF MOTEL: 4 - the exterior of building only.
CLEANLINESS OF ROOM: 2 - carpet was not vacuumed nor treated for stains. Housekeeping needed. Obvious office staff works as housekeeping. Poor
SIZE OF ROOM: 3 - decant size room. Quite spacious.
ROOM STOCK: 4 - Towels were clean and stocked. Toilet paper stocked. All needed amenities were present.
MISC EXTRAS: 5 - TV/DIRECT TV. WI-FI was available. Microwave & cooler available.

OVERALL: 4 - Plenty of Parking. Quiet at night. Nice office staff. Walking distance to Jack n Box & McDonald's. Close to  gas station/mini store etc. Near Mall (Sears/Macy's/Wal-Mart).

They look bad on the outside but there ok on the inside quite, could be a little cleaner but they r remodeling, but would stay there again reasonable prices

The hotel is nice and inexpensive. Close to the Downey Landing.
