Miss some of the old staff but service has remained great.  My girls love going here and they are well aware of their personalities and likes/dislikes.  They do daycare AND boarding here and this is the one place I truly feel comfortable sending them.  One of my girls has anxiety issues and the other is a handful... but they know just how to handle them both....  Highly recommend.

Called up and the receptionist was short, rude, and gave off a clear vibe she was unhappy with her job.  Not good for business!  Smart business owners understand the importance of having a staff that is going to draw your customer, not lure them away.  Business owners should really monitor employees, because there are always people that may need to be replaced with people who enjoy customer service positions. Lost me as a potential customer, thus lost money for your business all because of a miserable receptionist.  

Further to above, I would not trust this company with my dog because of this rude employee.  How can I be certain that she will not get easily irritated with my dog based on her inner unbalanced self.  That shows me that there could be a potential risk for mistreatment of my dog with people with this type of attitude.  One thing that seems so small can ripple into more.  One person ruined it all!

Château Poochie was an amazing experience for Coco. Every time I watched her on the app she was active she was in the play room she was outside and she was always busy. Her room where she stayed was always clean and she always had food and water. It was an amazing experience for Coco as well as myself. Now I know we can leave her at a safe and wonderful place and go away with peace of mind. I would highly recommend this incredible spa for dogs.

I stopped taking my baby here. Because I have noticed that she does not like going. I noticed one day while watching her on camera during play time in the big dog room one morning, that the handler was using what look like a horn, next to her, and a couple of other dogs faces. Also noticed her dragging / yanking another dog on a leash, and yelling at him or her. I guess that the owner's either weren't watching at the time, or don't watch. Also noticed her slamming the leash down on the stair's right next to a dog laying down. I had left work right away, and picked my baby up. I do not appreciate the abuse she gives to the dogs. I hope she doesn't have any animals at home the way she treats them here. Also to have someone employed traumatizing the dogs like this is not good for the dogs, nor there owners.

It would take pages to describe what an incredible place Chateau Poochie truly is. From the moment you walk in with your pet, Elizabeth is there to greet you and she makes you feel as though you are the only guest there. She is just amazing - she always has enough time to chat with you and answer all of your questions.  She is, without a doubt, the start of my Doodle's incredible day (Stitch).  He just adores her and can't seem to get thru that front door fast enough to see her everyday.  I can't say enough about the entire staff.  They truly love what they do all day and wow does it show. They are constantly interacting with every pet there, and they make each and every one of them feel so special. And them there is the amazing grooming department - out of this world.  They pay such attention to detail and just can't seem to spoil my puppy enough.  
I truly feel relieved that while I am at work all day, I know that Stitch is having the time of his life.  He actually tries to jump out of car to run back in after a full day of play!
I can't thank each and everyone of you enough for making this the most special and safe place for my puppy every day!!!
