Story

Our owner, Mr. Clive Piercy, has a long history on Vancouver Island that began when his grandfather started J. Piercy & Co. back in the mid-1800s. To this day, we remain true to those origins in all that we do – from supporting local farmers to sponsoring local events. Experience the best of Victoria through a truly local hotel.

Clean, modern, and matched the photos posted online. The room had a comfortable bed and a slightly tiny bathroom. Bath products were high quality, and the hotel has a nice pool and spa. The bar at the top of the hill had good tapas with a nice happy hour special and custom cocktails. It's quite walkable to many of Victoria's sights like the waterfront, the empress, and the bc museum. Also near many good restaurants.

This is a great hotel in a really good location. The restaurant on the 18th floor has amazing views but also well priced great food. The rooms are nice, newly redecorated with good quality bedding. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back and stay again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel Oct 18 to the 20th the people at this place were so friendly from the moment we check in until we checked out. We had been planning this trip for a couple of yrs. but not knowing where to stay. we looked on line and all the past reviews were very high. I would highly recommend this hotel for its staff, location and accommodations. It is first class all the way. And yes, if we were to go back, this Hotel would be our first choice and a special thanks to Jessie sorry about the umbrella...

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights as an add on to our Titan holiday. What a lovely hotel and the staff were so helpful. Had a problem with the safe and called reception. Someone was there in minutes to sort it for us. Our suite was lovely and the bed so comfortable. Our room was serviced by Jackalyn who did a lovely job . The Jacuzzi was wonderful but the pool a tad too cool. The reception is a beautiful area also the rooftop bar with it's lovely views at night. Thank you for making the last days of our holiday so pleasant.☺

Great hotel to stay in Victoria, staff from entrance to the top restaurant is very friendly and helpfully, the rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The breakfast in the top floor restaurant absolutely delicious. There is a car park for the guests and the central location of the hotel makes it easy to walk through the city center. Plus a great view to the harbor from our room.
