A well deserved five stars :). The best place to rent in Pooler.  You have PRIVACY unlike an apartment,  no one living on the other side of your walls , above or below you!  The location is convenient to everything.  Nicely landscaped which they upkeep, paved driveways, covered front porch,  back deck, quiet respectful staff and neighbors :). It's truly no hassle and a nice place to live.  We only moved because we purchased a new home.  Happy Renting!

Convenient location and the office is very willing to work with you if you have problems.  Maintenance is speedy and the house itself is very nice.  Way better than apartment living.

I hated living here! Thought at first everyone that works here was nice...after about a year and a half, I have been battling roaches from heck! This place is way to expensive for this kind of crap! The house is falling apart! They won't do anything about it til we move out! Sucks! Can't do what I want and being blamed for crap I didn't do! End of rant!!!

Worst experience with a leasing office ever!!!! We relocated from Atlanta to Pooler and they seem all nice and act like they care. They could give 2 craps about anything. Place are highly overpriced they are trailers for crying outloud charge outrageous amount for water bill and they don't tell you about the maintenance fee and sewage fee they charge on top of your water bill it was like $40 extra besides your water bill. Watch out when it rains because you can't even leave your place without getting wet the roads are horrible. They apperently have their own sewage system reeks in the mornings like poop. Horrible! The front office is very welcoming at first but they really dont care about their tenants at all. The girl in the front office named Heather will tell you one thing and then talk to owner and say another thing. Ladies in the water department are RUDE! Seriously worst experience ever. Currently being charged for an outrageous amount even for days I didn't even live there. If you want to move in have your wallets prepared worst experience ever moving to Pooler we left that town and relocated to Savannah much much better!
