Easily became my home dentistry. The Dr is always super friendly and patient. He always sits and answers any questions you may have. The hygienists are always fun and seem to really enjoy their job. Never had a bad experience in all the years I've been going.

When I broke my bridge that gave me my smile I felt like I could never smile again.  My wife and I had a trip planed just a week away, the Feast of Tabernacles, and I didn't want to go without my upper front teeth.  I knew I was self conscious, and would try to not smile or hide the smiles I had to give, and I knew that Dr. Downey and his team could help me, so...without any appointment we called his office and were able to come during his lunch break to get an assessment of the damages and a path to follow to happy smiles again.  I have used Dr. Downey for years now, and so I was able to put my full trust in his judgements.  Here it was within one week of leaving for the Feast and I really needed teeth!  Dr. Downey and his team called Chattanooga Periodontics and told them of my problems, and my need to have something done before the week ended, as we were to be leaving the very next Sunday.  He push forward, and was able to not only coordinate his work with the Periodontist, but to construct a temporary replacement for my smile.  

These people are great!  They work together as a team and really care about your needs.  I recommend them highly!
