Iv always had a great experience at this airport. I fly Allegiant Air at least 5-6 times now and its small enough to find your way around easily, but big enough that we have enough food places! Everything is always on time and well organized

Rarely will you have a pleasant airport experience, but I really did both landing and taking off from Chattanooga. It's so much smaller than other airports and worth the price tag for the expedited security clearance and smaller crowds. I recommend flying into the airport though food options are limited, so if you have a special diet, you may want to do some research beforehand.

I was there and had a good time waiting on my flight. The security guards were pretty good and had good customer service. They talk to everybody like they knew you before and made sure that I was ok and knew where I was going. I liked it there. It's a small national airport with great people and fast services.

Nice little airport.  Easy in/out.  Car rental counters conveniently located in the same room as baggage claim.  People in security are very nice.  Needs a better place to buy coffee after security.

Very efficient airport with the parking close to the check in terminals and security. The same thing for arrivals, the baggage claim belts are very close to the exit and a short walk from the gates. The interior is sufficient with restaurants and rest areas and restrooms, and they’re all very clean, and I mean world class clean. Reminds me of Singapore and Seoul. The only drawback is that the floor is carpet, which if you’re planning to push your luggage the way I do may be a little harder than granite or marble. I generally place my backpack on top of my carryon bag which has four free wheels and then put my jacket on top, so a smooth ground makes all the difference.
