Horribly run salon, really going downhill FAST. Most of the stylists are fantastic and the others would certainly require more training for services and time management. The "beauty consultants" I have witnessed high or coming off a bad hangover.. I have witnessed so much brining my children in for hair cuts. Won't be returning! The owner requires some form of training as well.

Our appt was for 10 am today. They just opened at 9:30 am and it is 10:30 now and they are already that far behind? 

Obviously client time does matter to this salon. They are chatting up a storm but if you like to chat book appts farther apart - right?  We have other appts and now must change our day because you refuse to keep to you schedule. 10-15 mins we can understand but seriously a half hour late and counting on a man with a straight trim. 

This is my 2nd experience with this delay and I will not be back.  Terrible time management and customer service by stylists.

Honestly the girl at chatters was nice, but for what she did to my hair (a few highlights) only on the root.. And the root is mostly still gold, it cost 100$. I have never had a hair appt costing that much,, such a rip off considering hardly anything was done to my hair

DO NOT GO TO CHATTERS!!! I got my hair highlighted there and noticed RIGHT AWAY that you could see my roots! After a week I had over 1inch of root showing. When I called to complain the owner was extremely rude and did not take my complaint seriously. He said to come back in so he could see it but everyday I tried to make an appointment they were booked full, even thought when I made the appointment to get my hair coloured they had an opening everyday at any time I asked for. He then continued to tell me it had ben too long since I had come in and there was nothing he could do. I received TERRIBLE  customer service and my highlights are now a nightmare.

Will never be going back. And I strongly advise anyone thinking of going there to choose elsewhere!!!!!!!!!
