Out of stock of what I went for, but to be expected during the holidays. They didn't know when they'd be ordering more though..

This location has definitely gone down hill!!! Booked an appointment for hair color and when i arrived was told she only had time for 1 all over color as she had another color booked after me....hmmm maybe she should have rebooked the other person, especially since my appointment was first! So i booked at another salon..described in detail what I wanted. Was told no problem. It may take 2 appointments to achieve my goal but definitely doable.  Stlyist at Chatters basically told me she couldn't do it. If she's not confident  in her abilities then i am certainly am not.
