Great food! The dumplings and drunken noodles spice level "4" were both delicious. We ordered out from Stonewise Mead & Cider next door and it paired wonderfully. Very happy with the recommendation. Our waitress was very busy but did a great job!

It's a mead and cider bar. Specialty brew made there. They have cheese and cracker plate but encouraged to order from the restaurant next door or bring your own. Their brew is good depending on what you like. Nice place and staff. They have board games or bring your own. Overall fun place to relax.

Lottie was our waitress and was absolutely amazing! The restaurant was super busy but she took the time to describe dishes and answer our questions. Don't miss out on this amazing Thai restraunt in Pahrump NV. Flavors were out of this world. Portions are generous and more than enough to share. With that being said I ordered 3 entrees.  Amazing staff and clean atmosphere.

Fast Service very good food! Lottie was our server she was amazing! It was busy, and fast! her & the cooks are hard excellent workers! This has been one of the best restaurants I’ve been to so far in Pahrump!

Easily, by far, the best meal I've had in Pahrump in the last 15yrs of coming out here. And not just Pahrump, Chatthai could easily hold its own and more in a town ten times larger. Such good food, such a good variety of dishes, and generous and friendly staff.

The food was excellent. It had real flavor. We will most certainly be going again. Word of warning though the heat scale is Thai scale not wimpy American heat scale, so if you can't take real heat then order the lower numbers. But your taste buds are in for a treat.

While the service was beyond spectacular, the food was okay. Spring rolls were too large overfilled with greens with no carrots or cucumber and little protein. I felt like a rabbit. Peanut sauce was great. Our meals were fine, but one dimensional in flavor; not a lot of flavor beyond the first bite. Meat was dry and didn't add any flavor to the meal; it literally was "protein". And, by the way, there is an upcharge for meat that wasn't clear on the menu.  The waitress was incredibly professional and efficient. If anyone is looking to hire a waitress then offer this girl a job quickly, because someone else will.  I didn't appreciate one of the cooks swearing in the background and not respecting the service staff. I understand being a chef is very difficult, but not grounds to be rude nor swear.

Small place, stopped in on a whim coming back from Death Valley.  Excellent, excellent food. I had the Panang curry with pork belly and omelette.  Our waitress was the sole server for the whole restaurant, did a great job and made us feel like regulars.  Would go back again definitely.
