We had an amazing experience at Chaufee's for our rehearsal dinner! Great food, great atmosphere, and great staff!! Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with. We had a great time and have had so many great compliments! We will definitely use them again in the future!! Thanks for everything - we really enjoyed it!

We had an amazing experience with Chaufee's.  I had my wedding reception there and it was absolutely gorgeous!  The courtyard was beautiful.  The food was delicious too!  We received a ton of compliments on how great the food was!  And the staff was so easy to work with and did everything they could to make the party great!  Having my reception at Chaufee's made my day absolutely perfect!!!!!  I would definitely chose them again for any party or event!!

We used Chaufees in March 2010 when we hosted an engagement party for our daughter in Daphne.  Clay and Judy were great to work with, and the food was fantastic.  Despite a last minute change in venue from Chaufees' courtyard to our house because of the cold weather, Clay and Judy handled everything perfectly.  Our guests raved about the food.  We recommend them highly, and we will use them again.

My husband and I hired Chaufee's to cater our rehearsal dinner and wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with the food or the service. We got married outside on the bay over 4th of July weekend so we wanted a BBQ-themed buffet. Chaufee's served delicious BBQ chicken, pulled pork, ribs and sides in elegant serving dishes, as well as hors-d'oeuvres such as stuffed mushrooms, chocolate-covered strawberries and redneck caviar. They worked well with the florist to create a beautiful spread but honestly, they could have served their food on paper plates and everyone would have been just as impressed. It was that good. I would recommend Chaufee's to anyone for any occasion. They were great to work with, their food was amazing, and they will work with you based on your budget. True professionals and truly delicious!!
