Chavez fixed leaks on our roof in July and less than 60 days later those areas flooded and destroyed our bathroom. I called and they want to charge to just come out and look at it. Needless to say we are going with a different company.

Chavez did a very good job on the roof which is expected, but where they really shine is after the job.  They responded promptly to remove some tar that was deposited on the side of the house.  About 2 months later when the monsoon rains hit I had a leak by the return air duct and called Chavez.  Even though it was quickly found that the responsibility for the leak rested soundly with the HVAC guys, Chavez fixed the problem no-charge.  I did not oversee the repair and didn't expect much since it was really not their responsibility - which is why I was blown away when I came home and saw the awesome job they did.  For someone who has yet to find a decent contractor for anything I must give credit to Chavez who has really gone above and beyond.

Chavez Roofing did a wonderful job on my re-roof.  They responded promptly, answered all my questions, delivered their estimate quickly and their price was very competitive.  The finished roof looks great.  Their work was professional, neat and clean.  They even went around the yard after the job, picking up the few little nails and tiny shingle scraps that had fallen on the ground during the job, so our yard was left nice and neat.  I really recommend these guys.
