Martin Valko with his family-based team is an exceptional team of lawyers and paralegals.  They not only guide you every step of the way and but they genuinely care about you.  I have worked with them now for three separate immigration-related cases: my permanent residency, my naturalization and more recently my mother’s permanent residency.   I never had a reason or felt the need to search for another law-firm; Martin and his team is very thorough, knowledgeable, and their customer service is exceptional and is based on mutual respect.   They really do have your best interest at heart.  I worked closely with Ms. Erika Castro, paralegal, who was assigned to my cases.  Erika is just absolutely amazing!! I’m so pleased that we found them.  They really are THE BEST!!

Having to search for a lawyer for any matter may be a bit overwhelming or at least it was for me. I wanted to be sure that I was selecting the right one for my husband and I. I didn't know where to start, but after reading all the incredible reviews Chavez & Valko had I knew I couldn't go wrong. For our case we dealt with two amazing ladies, Jennifer and Cielo. They both were very professional and answered all my questions. Any concern I had I knew I could count on them. I was never worried because I knew they were doing an exceptional job. At the end of the journey the end result was what my husband and I hoped for. Thank you so much!! If you are looking for a lawyer for an immigration matter your search is done; Chavez & Valko are the best and I truly mean it.

Martin Valko with his family-based team were a huge help and blessing to me and my husband whom they helped get his visa while we were in Egypt at the time . They were with us at all times we contacted them and responded as soon as they could Mr Valko  also responded to us if it happened to be a weekend and he had received our email .His staff was superb. Erika Castro was our paralegal adviser and she was so on top of things . Any mistakes she cleared up with us and was helpful in showing us how to make the payments since we were in Egypt. I was grateful to the law firm that they allowed me to apply from Egypt and not have to be directly in the USA to apply for my husband . i was grateful i could be there in Egypt with my husband to help him thru the whole process . I highly recommend anyone that needs a visa or any other legal advice or service for immigration issues to reach out to this great law firm of Martin Valko with his family-based team. i plan to use them again in the near future . i am well taken care of in there hands>

Jennifer is a wonderful woman, understanding and passionate. With her I felt taken care of in the best way in all areas. She works sufficiently and one gets assured right away that she truly do know the law to its fullest. I felt safe and cared for from start to finish. If I had to use two words to describe Jennifer it would be honest and insightful. I give her my very best recommendations
