The service and delivery of this store is phenomenal.  My son goes to Auburn and we sent him a cake, fruit basket and balloons for two years from Check It Out Balloons and Flowers.  Both have exceeded expectations and we are delighted to partner with this business so that my son's birthday is spectacular when we are not able to be there. They delivered on his birthday, a Sunday, although the store was normally closed that day. The dedication to excellence and exceptional customer service  is remarkable.  My son said the AU Tiger hug balloon bouquet was a welcome surprise and it is as tall as he is!

Nice people, good local business. I have been getting my costume here for the last four years. They have a great accessory collection. I usually do my own costume but supplement it with props from this store, and it works perfectly. Good selection on full costumes as well

I was asked to write the review by the owner since there are some people that simply can't be satisfied and prefer to write negative reviews. After twenty years of doing great work I can say that they are simply the best. Having known them personally I can say they know what they are doing.  They deliver great flowers, practical food items, balloon bouquets and much more.

I ordered a cookie and ballons for my son's birthday which was suppose to be deleivered on his birthday on May 23. It was delivered on May 21. I am very disappointed as I requested to be deleivered and was told that it would be delievered after 4:00 on May 23. It is not the same getting it on a day which is not your birthday.
