Yesterday around 3 p.m. I requested a cab (taxi) from this "establishment". The taxi service was prompt this time only when I opened the door on the seat was a white dried up spot 3 inches by 3 inches. I meantioned it to the driver and he TOLD me to GET in on the other side instead of cleaning the spot immediately. The door I had opened at first was facing toward the side walk. I went on the other side. After having to get back in I just now realized by where I was sitting when I paid him was where the spot was. I am now not feeling well and I noticed that after taking care of what I was to take care of upon leaving a restaurant to go back "home" with this same taxi service a guy runs out the restaurant with my wallet as I checked behind myself before I left. The cab driver couldn't express loud enough how appreciative I should be for the guy bringing my wallet back to me. While in the restaurant and waiting for the taxi service I noticed an empty cab and ran out to flag it down as the driver "took a while noticing" me then shook his head no. As I probably was targeted again. I don't think these cab drivers really appreciate being able to make money appropriately or appreciate the owner. Both drivers where immigrants and the driver I was trying to flag down was clearly American. Piss on y'all right back and as long as America is offering a service I am going to use it. Capable drivers or not. ...this review area offered is a step in getting ride of publicly offered diseases whereas it should be appropriate service of what was offered by definition. I was feeling perfectly fine till I was at home for a while. You can always tell when employment is legit.

Called multiple times, cars never arrive. I literally have only had 1 good experience with this company. One driver in particular Rahim Alshami is the worst, called a cab for my girlfriend gave the address and this guy drives right by her. Called the company get this same guy, gave the address and this got lost. Its like he's never heard of a GPS. Everytime i call this company i make sure to call other cab companies as well because there's no guarantee that they'll even show up. Its to the point where I only use Lyft and Uber. Cab companies like Checker are the REASON Uber and Lyft are so successful now.

The worst cab company ever I see why Uber is winning the dispatch on the phone is so #ucking rude black women the cab drivers that show up half the time the meter doesn't work and they make up their own ridiculous prices I caught a cab on 8 Mile to go to Six Mile and he wanted $25 fu## no

The star is not for they're service Uber and Lyft should continue to take the city by Storm dot run quicker than these slow ass checker cabs👎🖕

If I could give a half star I would. We ordered a cab to go get my father in law, they said they would pick him up and just never showed up. After several calls they finally told us they won't do it after making us wait for 45 minutes. Unbelievably bad service. Never again will I even attempt to use this company and neither should you.
