Worst car wash I've ever had. I paid for the highest priced one. They didn't even clean my cup holders. Left and rolled down windows to find line of scum where they didn't even clean the top of the windows. Keep finding dirt everywhere. I even tried to point out to the lady things they missed and she made excuses and brushed me off. In too much of a hurry to close for lunch. I will drive to Palm springs 30 miles away before I go back there again.

Absolutely the worst service ever the girl that checked me in was rude, she did nothing but make rude comments the whole time I was there. Another gentleman came to dry my car once it came out and the rude girl that checked me in began to help with my car yet again more rude comments which I heard since I was outside waiting. My car was half ass done, streaks in the Windows the dash, center console, seats were still dirty as well as the doors that the girl "cleaned" the center consoles cover has been closed and was left uncleaned and closed so I wouldn't notice. I would have had better service and a clean going to ampm and running through a self wash. Would have been a lot cheaper. Super disappointed in our "full service car wash" all this horrible service on top of waiting an hour and paying for the top service what a joke. Better off doing it yourself if I didn't have a broken hand I would have will definetly never go again.

If you are in hurry, go elsewhere. If you want your car (or truck) to shine inside and out, this is the place. I live in San Diego but have a "weekend"  house in Yucca Valley and Hi-Desert Car Wash is the only car wash I will use.  My car just stays dirty until I come back...

I went for a detail and it was the worst one I've ever had. They did not clean out the back of my bed in my truck halfway down the road dirt was all over the floor I will never come back to this car wash ever again I will let my truck be dirty first. I take it back just for them to clean the floor board and it takes them another 30 minutes 3 hours for a detail of a single cab truck ridiculous
