"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests."

Update review: 2/13/20 this place has fell down hard, very dirty and nasty. There are homeless people just laying in there sleep. It was a very long wait to even place a order. The order didn't have every item I ordered. I fail to check due to feeling uncomfortable there and quickly left. This place really needs work. Not just with employees but from the ground up!

Gave it 2 Stars for pity sake..Anyway, put it this way. After 930.. half the menu is available, no shakes, no burgers, ofc any sort of customer service is out the window, and lastly.. food is rushed, sloppily assembled and served. Paid the overpriced $10.60 and shuffled along.. poor food. Why do that to food. Whatever has it done to you..

I love this Checkers. I've never once had an issue with any of the employees nor the service i received. Everyone is usually super nice and respectful. I've been here at all hours from daytime to night and still the service is great, fries are hot and burgers are fresh. Will continue to come here with my family.

We had a very long wait. When we got our burgers they were cold and dry and the hotdogs were sloppy and missing the condiments. I love checkers but this is the second time this has happened so unfortunately i will not be returning to this restaurant.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place looks so unsanitary, and of course that would make sense as the bread that was used for a chicken sandwhich was moldy. Not to mention that the workers seem so miserable that the last time I had went because they forgot something on my order, they flat out ignored anyone who was at the window. Would not go to this location anymore if I were any of you guys.

This place looks terrible! The drive through looks like it was abandoned and trashed. The wings are very small for their price, they can definitely do better. I’ll forever come here for their fries, they’re popular for a reason.

Yikes. This place does not need your business.  Parking: It’s parking which is convenient.

The lady working the drive thru was VERY ignorant. Bad attitude. My food was horrible! This was my first time trying "Checkers" and I will NEVER eat at another one again. This one ruined it for me. They dont even deserve the one star they make you give

I just got off the phone with custofixr service everytime I go there it's the same thing so I finally made a call I never really complain about any kind of food service but this is my first, that's how bad the service is.  They want to rush you through the drive-thru when you pull up, they make you go forward and then come back so that there sensors make it seem like they're expediting you quickly and then they treat you like you are bothering them with bad attitudes, demeanor etc... hopefully they'll fix the problem.

This experience was horrible. The outside looks filthy dirty I waited on the drive-thru for 10 minutes before I got to put my order in as soon as I got to the speaker the first thing they said was get ready for a long wait. I asked him I only want two milkshake they said we have none. Then I had to wait behind the Cars before I left because there's not another way out. I would not recommend this Checkers to no one
