I’m literally standing in the store while writing this review. The customer service at this time of the day is trash . I’m literally standing at the walk up counter while they’re just running drive through orders. The lady with the scarf on her head is taking the orders in the drive through and front while on the phone with her relief that’s just waking up. All I ordered was a loaded fry no bacon and two pies. And was in the store for like 12 minutes.

Ended up being my last option for food tonight , I don’t even really eat fast food anymore but Checkers is a childhood favorite . Got 2 fish Sandwiches & a large fries . The guy working the window was cool . My Fries hot & sandwich hot , Food was slapping. No complaintsFood: 5/5

Put an online order in almost an hour ahead of time before driving up to get it. Pull in on time and they can't find the order at first. Then was told that it was actually being made now and to pull around and park while they're finishing up. 20 minutes go by before they finally bring it out. So all told it took an hour and 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches, 2 large fries, a shake and 2 funnel fries for a store that wasnt busy. Even forgetting the hour advance notice and misplaced order it shouldn't take 20 minutes for what I ordered. Food was OK but nowhere near as good as I remember.

Oh, my Lord! I was so excited to see Checkers in Philadelphia.  I ordered the Big Buford combo with a milkshake strawberry/banana, and the meal was so delicious! The fries were super hot and fresh, and the burger was amazing. I forgot that I'm not in my twenties anymore because I couldn't finish more than half of the grand milkshake.  But, my twenty-something son easily took care of it.  Vegetarian options: Checkers is clearly NOT for vegetarians.

The burgers here are great. The fries are superb. But the rest of the menu is not that great, and you're flipping a coin on whether they can accurately make your food order.Food: 4/5

Unable to be refunded properly for my order. The General Manager is lazy and does not know how to run a store location. Had to call Corporate spoke to Daniel to request my refund and get the matter escalated. The cashier should be asking what size meal combo the cuatomer wants not just ringing in a Large combo which cost the customer more. Plus, the Cashier rung me up for lettuce and a sauce cup at an extra charge when the itema ordered already come with it at an additional cost. Be ware at this location as they are over charging customers to make their bottom line look good. Make sure you ask for a printed receipt and thoroughly check it for overcharges not requested. Now I see why this location had closed previously. SMH!

I have been at this location twice since it reopened. From both of my experiences,  the staff were pretty decent. Good customer service goes a long way. I like there are people of various ages working here, especially the youth.Food: 3/5

How they just open and service clearly has no training or Supervision. And the food was literally thrown together by a bunch of Ppl with no gloves on phone and doing enough that I haven't been back!Food: 2/5

I ASK FOR A PLAIN SANDWICH AND I BIT IT AND IT HAD CHEESE ON ITThey do a rush job with your food when they’re over crowded I HATE THIS NEW OPENING SUCKS WASTE ALOT OF MONEY got the wrong food cold fries not done cheese on my sandwich and just look at my receipt YALL COULD OF STAY CLOSEDFood: 1/5

Food was fresh and delicious! It's honestly been awhile since I could find a checkers that was trustworthy here in the city of Philadelphia. Well guess what the wait is over  I will be going back!Food: 5/5
