My food hasnt been messed up. The atmosphere and condition of the building is horrible. Employees are "cultured"(ghetto) but they were nice, inside to order looks like a jail. Blacked out ordering windows, 3 different buttons to talk but you have to knock. Only 1 operational drive thru lane. And they only had fruit punch, lemonade, and tea for drinks...all in all sketchy.

Service was sufficient as far as the time of order and when I received it. The customer service was good and polite.

Terrible service. The person in the drive through was not prepared and not professional. i sat at the soaker to order food for awhile before anyone answered. After I ordered, I was told to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food and someone would bring it out.........THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE.....OMG. Why did I have to leave Drive through? I'm almost scared to eat the food

i am a current worker at checkers and i do agree with most people opinion when it comes to checkers. we are trying even harder now and we are changing i want to apologize to anyone that might have been disappointed. we have a whole new crew and we are better managed we will try our best to meet our customers satiation. but there is a lot more we can do to get checkers into a 5 stars so for now ima say we are a 3 star fast food restaurant.

Very very bad Service when it comes to buy frozen drinks and shakes they suck also their young staff people's have a terrible attitude... They may need a race Checkers managment.
