I live in the area and frequent this establishment out of convenience. When it first opened in early 2017 the lines wrapped around the building and it could take over an hour to get to the box and even order. Nowadays the lines are considerably smaller but it can still take you anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes to get from the beginning of the order line to the window, Then 5 to 10 minutes to actually get your food if you order anything even remotely complex. The order takers tend to be nice and inviting but generally once you get to the window they will tell you your total and then you are lucky to get another word out of them. Once you have your food the window will likely be slammed shut with no thank you or anything of the sort. The food is good but the attitudes are terrible.

This Checkers is very new. They have great food. However, I believe they could have used more time in planning prior to opening. The line has been extremely long and it takes a long time to get your order taken. Other than that, the customer service is great, the staff is friendly, the food is on point and I am sure by the end of the year they will have a five star.

My very first time eating at Checkers. I was excited to see what the hype was about. I ordered a checkers cheese burger and fries. The burger was awesome but the fries are a tad bit to spicy for me. The customer service at the speaker and window could use a crash course of being a little happier but overall I would go back and did enjoy my lunch.

Nice fast food place to go to if you want a quick bite or on the run. Food is really good and good on prices.

It was decent food but service was slow. They do better then n. Market st. Wilmington DE.. Because that one I will never return to.. Had me wait 30minutes for food and had a terrible attitude when I asked for my money. I didnt want to wait any longer. My daughter was crying that she was hungry so yes I left. So never go to the N. Market St. Wilmington DE checkers!!!!!!!
