I thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant. The atmosphere and decor was very nice. The menu prices were reasonable and man-o-man those onion rings appetizers were really good. My only drawback is the appetizers and entrees come less than 5 min apart. Space it out people please. I have visited twice and the same thing happened.

Today marked the end of an era. I officially will not return to Cheddar's. My last 2-3 experiences have been almost terrible. From the setup to service to food. Everything was bad. Today was my attempt to give Cheddar's one more try. I'm done. 

Arrived. There was a wait which is always expected. Name was called. We had to wait at the hostess desk while they scrambled to get things together. I was lost because shouldn't this already be thought out before names are called?!?  We were walked back to the table and there was still confusion on where we would sit because the tables were not cleaned off, someone was still sweeping the area.  The lady finished "cleaning" the area but the table was still dirty. We had to wait for her to go get a cloth to wipe down the table and seat.  But if you're cleaning the area... shouldn't you carry a cloth with you. Again ... I'm lost as to why this wasn't done before calling us to be seated. It continued to go downhill. Ordered appetizer... came out the same time as the entree.  I could go on and on but you get the point. I won't return.

We were satisfied with most of the food, but I ordered a Long Island iced tea that was served with absolutely no alcohol. The baked potato we ordered was also mostly uncooked. The server just told us "well I didn't make them... So." Don't bother offering us a coupon because we don't live near a cheddars. She was probably scared to ask the bartender because of corporate being stingy. 

Also I don't know what the base mix for the Long Island iced tea is but it tastes sweeter than Mountain Dew and was clear so obviously not tea.

We have been eating here for a couple if years now.  Normally we have no complaints, however today was by far the worst service.   I ordered the blackened salmon with a double order of broccoli.   The broccoli I received has black bottoms, which means they were NOT cleaned.  Talked to kitchen manager who advised that the product comes in like that.  They do not cut the stems and that sending the broccoli out to customers vs returning the shipment is not his problem....he's not responsible for that.   WHAT?!    Otherwise, the rest of my food was good and the server was great.    However, if who I talked to was really the kitchen manager, he obviously does not have the customers interest at heart.  He's in the wrong business.

Went here to celebrate my birthday on October 10th. Can't believe I picked this place over Papaduax, what a huge mistake. Our experience was not good at all, the server was very slow and lazy acting, my sister had a gnat in her strawberry lemonade, when my aunt arrived they ordered more croissants but the server lied and said they won't be ready until 1030pm, one of the cooks came out to talk to the people at the next table and we had asked him for more croissants and he ended up getting more for our table, our server was more concerned about her friends over at that table than waiting on us. When our server brought the cake out, we had to ask her for plates, knives, and napkins. Another server had to light the cake for us because our server didn't know where to get a light from, the floor was extra slippery as we went to and from the restroom. I started to tell the manager before leaving but I didn't want to further ruin my night. The food was pretty good besides it being kind of cold in the middle, the croissants were good though. Guess our server's friends at the next table were a higher priority than us. We use to eat here a lot, they have really disappointed us.
