I dig Monte Cristo sandwiches. Anything that tastes deep fried with a touch of sweetness reminds me of funnel cake. It's great. Went on a Saturday evening and seated quickly but it was noisy inside.Food: 4/5
I came with my family on the weekend and enjoyed my experience at Cheddars thoroughly. The service was quick and the food was great. The country fried chicken, steak and chicken pot pie are must try's cause they were extremely delicious. You even get two sides with pretty much everything. The monster cookie dessert was a great finish for our meal. Everything considered, What's not to like about this place. Vegetarian options: Literally no vegetarian options other than the Caesar salad. Every dish contains some type of meat. Check the menu carefully before eating here if you only want vegetarian food. Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options. Haven't tried any but they should taste good. Parking: Lots of parking spots around the restaurant. Around 20-30. The parking is free and most spaces are large enough for a pickup truck or an SUV. Kid-friendliness: A kids menu, games and kids drinks. Wheelchair accessibility: Some parking spots are reserved for the handicapped. It might be hard to push the entrance but, someone is always there and will help. Seating is comfortable and the bathroom is easily accessible.
You’re close enough to hear other table’s conversations. I got green beans that had sugar on them or tasted sweet. I also got red beans and rice without rice. The waitress was polite, nice, and attentive. She was able to get things fixed. The country fried steak is half batter, taste is great; but for those that order it, this is a heads up.
The food is good. The atmosphere is decent. The service was excellent. The price is reasonable. I really liked the I have no complaints. Highly recommend the cheddars Pain Killer cocktail it’s is so awesome.
My food was brought out in a timely manner. The food was hot and fresh ready to eat! The management and waiter were attentive and kind. Yummy! Kid-friendliness: Booths available
It was really good, our server was lovely and honestly I don't think think we could've chose a better place for our wedding anniversary! It was lovely, pretty busy when we first went in but we were seated right away. You can call and be put on a wait list if you'd like, which is another plus. I was halfway through my tilapia before I had half a mind to take the picture so that may be why it looks ripped into, because it was so good! The complimentary honey butter croissants make you want to order 20 to take home and eat later. Very good food, amazing staff who were all really friendly, and honestly any special occasion will probably be had here now just for the good food alone!
The ribeye was the worst steak I have ever eaten. Not cooked to medium. Tasted well done on outside but rare to medium rare in center. Would have eaten regardless of temp, but the flavor was awful. Not even A1 could fix it.Food: 1/5
Love the ambience, service and food. Entree portion is good and reasons priced too. Server is friendly and prompt, they do have a tablet on table where you may pay for a game and the same tablet may be used to check out bills, in case servers gets busy or staff shortages. Note to restaurant* Do check all table tablets and ensure it’s free of fingerprint, cleanliness on screen is not compromised, because it’s a high touch contact devices.
We haven't been back to Cheddars for a while because it wasn't that great last time we were there. Ate lunch at the bar, as we always do. Kim's service is great but drinks were not really up to par. And as usual she was running herself to death waiting on the entire bar and doing carryout. Chicken pot pie was awful. The filling was so runny it ran through the fork! Broccoli casserole was hard as a brick. My husband ordered both and just left it there. I had a veggie plate. Carrots were hard, more water than beans in the green beans, which I have always loved. Overall I think we're done here. Too inconsistent for us.
I used curbside, so that's the basis of my review. Ordering online was very easy, and the restaurant kept in contact with me via text on my order. Check-in was easy, and my wait was short. My only complaint is that my salad was placed on top of a hot dish, which meant it was going to heat up on the drive away. I had to remove it from the bag before leaving. My order was correct. The shrimp in our meals were crunchy and big. The baked potatoes were cooked well and came with adequate toppings. Note: To go orders come with 1 honey croissant per meal, so don't order any unless you want extra.
