I recently dined at Cheddar’s, and while they don’t typically offer outdoor dining, our experience was truly exceptional thanks to one person: Angelina, the bartender. When we mentioned our preference to dine outside, Angelina went above and beyond to make it happen, setting up a space where we could enjoy our meal comfortably. Angelina’s attention to detail and her warm, attentive service turned what could have been a simple meal into a memorable dining experience. She consistently checked in to ensure everything was perfect and added those extra touches that made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. It’s rare to find someone who is willing to go out of their way to ensure guests have a fantastic time, especially when it’s outside of the usual offerings. Angelina is a true asset to Cheddar’s, and her dedication to excellent service will definitely bring us back. If you’re looking for a place where the staff truly cares about your experience, I highly recommend visiting Cheddar’s and asking for Angelina. You won’t be disappointed!
The food was the best I've had in a while, the sweet tea was great , and The pain killer mixed drinks was perfection. I really enjoyed everything, and everything we got was only like $65.00.Food: 5/5
Great food, huge portions, nice atmosphere. Server was great and I wish I got her name. Never been to cheddars and so glad we stopped. Prices for the food and amount of food we got was insane. 5 of us on a Sunday and was seated immediately. I was expecting to wait for a few but nope. $110 for 5 of us, would've been easily $175 in Columbia. Well worth the drive to go back and try more menu items. Vegetarian options: Had quite a few vegetarian options and gluten-free options, too. Parking: Plenty of spaces Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and plenty of handicap parking right by the door.
Needed to have a monte-cristo sandwich in my life…craving it something fierce. Cheddar’s was the only restaurant I could find that offered one. I’ll tell ya, it ain’t no Bennegins monte cristo, but it sure will scratch the desire “itch” Waitress was nice, I asked how a specific dish or drink was -her response was “I don’t like it, I’ve never had it, oh no that’s not good at all” but even with this response I still ordered exactly what I went there for…the monte cristo which was told it’s “nasty”. The waitress did share a critical piece of information when reheating the Monte cristo sandwich-in an air fryer, which turned out to be fantastic…definitely not nasty. Dietary restrictions: I struggle with “scratch kitchen “ if I cannot order menu items without onion like green beans therefore I don’t trust them to uphold practices. Parking: Big and free parking lot.
This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but today it was very much a disappointment. First off our order was messed up. We gave the waitress our order lemon pepper chicken, broccoli and salad for me my husband ordered shrimp Alfredo. They brought him chicken Alfredo and had to redo it. She forgot my sides. My salad came with my food and the lettuce had dirt on it. It was gritty and brown. Someone didn’t wash the lettuce. I couldn’t eat the salad. It was Just nasty. My chicken was ok broccoli no seasoning but ok. Service was slow and just not what it used to be. On my way to the bathroom I stepped in something sticky, almost lost my shoe. The bathroom needed a good cleaning and was in poor condition. Dust covered plants in dining room, Mirror broke, doors wouldn’t shut in bathroom. I wish I could write a good review but there is too much to not warn others. I don’t know how they pass inspection.
If it had not have taken 15 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us this review would have been better. After someone finally decided to come wait on us, everything was good. The food was delicious and the waitress took great care of us.Food: 5/5
Was expecting a better experience as I have been to other locations. Floors were super sticky and tables could have used a cleaning. Server was nice but missed part of my order. Didn't charge for it which was positive. Food was mediocre but edible. Probably will not go back as the best part of the meal the honey butter croissants can be made at home.
Bartender was nice and tried. She had too many tables plus the bar. The food was cold and dry. The Manager, James told us when we got our entrees that the bartender was getting the salad. When there was an issue he never came back. I won't be back.Food: 1/5
Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was wonderful. I have to say the chef/cook was great. We ordered a sirloin steak Pittsburg style and not many restaurants could get it close to right. But they sure did. The ribs were tender, and the beer batter shrimp was delicious too. And the drinks were delicious and normally I don't finish my drinks but they were good. Compliments to the Chef and our server too.
The Pork chop special is excellent. Chicken sandwich and Cheeseburger were excellent as well. The service was great Food: 5/5
