We came during lunch and were asked if we minded a booth in the bar lounge area. We did not want to wait so we agreed. Leigh was our waitress and was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Manager even came by and he asked us if we had enjoyed everything. Food takes a little long for lunch but the staff made it a pleasant visit. We will be back.

The first time I went 2 weeks ago was spectacular. I have amazing things to say. The reason it gets 4 stars us tonight the service was less than and the food was not as good. The food was cold when it reached our table. Three out of four of us had chicken variations and they were not good at all. All three plates! we talked to the manager and got the situation remedied . He was amazing. His name is Chris. Both mangers were great. The other is Justin. I just wanted to say that even though the food was not consistent the staff made up for it. We got what we paid for and it was a bad experience made better. I will be giving them another shot. Maybe not too soon but I will be willing to try again. It was disappointing from the first visit but of course third time is a charm. Definitely go see these guys though. Maybe it was just a sub par night. No negatively from me, just wasn't a great night I guess.

If I could give a 0 I would. First it took 10 minutes to be asked for drink orders and 10 to get them back so it started off horribly then another 15ish minutes to get appetizer. Just horrible. Finally after waiting 30 minutes we finally got our food and my plate was dirty and my steak was just a hair from being alive so i give it back and the MANAGER comes back and states "Check it while I'm here and I do and its still not done like I asked and he doesn't apologize or try to find another alternative for me he just states What do you want me to do with it? I was floored. Then I notice the steak is the same steak I gave back and fresh corn was placed on top of corn I already had seasoned to my liking I told him I didn't want it and he just walked off without a single word spoken. I can't be disgusted with the staff when the management isn't up to par. The waitress pleaded for my meal to be taken off although i wasn't paying either way. All in all horrible experience, dirty dishes, half done food, horrible customer service, and dirty floors. I will not go back and will spread the word that before anyone goes there seek elsewhere for dining.

The ribs were falling off the bones. The black beans were very savory and good. The shrimps were absolutely delicious over rice. It was delicious food. Thanks for a wonderful supper Cheddar's Kitchen.

The service was awesome. Dash was a great hostess. This was my first visit. I will definitely be coming back. I had steak, shrimp and broccoli and cheese.... The only thing I dislike is the fact that you do not serve rolls or bread or some type of bread with the meal... Either way I enjoyed my meal
