Poor communication skills 

When I called Chelish with worries because my event was only 10 days away she was like, "honey, you have plenty of time."  I called her 2 days later and she put me on hold for 20 mins. I called back and a man picked up. He was really rude and passive aggressive. He kept raising his voice telling me I waited too long. The entire time I could hear Chelish whispering in the background telling him what to say.  They should have just told me they couldn't take an order in such short notice. It seems like Chelish and her sad staff lack basic communication skills. It was obvious that they don't value professionalism. Chelish is really good at making rude comments and calling you "honey" in the same sentence to try to smooth it over. I eventually went to Midway Florist and was incredibly pleased with the quality of customer service. No passive aggressiveness, just sincere kindness.

Chelish and her staff did an AMAZING job!!! Our wedding day was truly better than I could have ever imagined.  After seeing her in wedding magazines and websites, we believed there was no way we could afford her.  A mutual friend suggested that I still go and speak with her and I am so glad I did!!  She will work with whatever your budget is.  We got all of the flowers arrangements that we wanted for less than what we budgeted.  I would recommend her to everyone!!

I had expectations that we not met. I brought them photos of everything I wanted & was told it was" like paint by number, no problem baby". I had to text multiple times about my bouquet. When I arrived in person to try to see what was the confusion, I was told that they can't keep changing it because it's breaking the flowers.( examples below first is what was requested second is what was given) I had to settle. Then my arbor flowers had daisies( which were not supposed to be in it)  & a different type of greenery than was in my photos ( first is what was requested for harbor and second is what i received). I could do nothing about it right before my wedding and phone calls were not returned! If you want something standard then they are great but ask them to go out of the box and it was a failure even with this brides photo examples!

Fantastic job with my flowers and such an easy process. I went in with pictures of what I wanted my bouquet to look like and she did exactly that. They go down person by person making sure you don't leave people out when it comes to boutonnières and corsages which helped a lot. We met a few times to make sure nothing had changed before the wedding. She also sent pictures of the bridesmaids bouquet and mine the night before to make sure I liked it. We had our wedding at Saratoga springs which they have experience doing and I am so happy we went with chelish. Their price was very reasonable too!!

Chelish did an INCREDIBLE job with the flowers for our wedding. They were exactly how I imagined. I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding near or far! I was a long distance bride so Chelish and I worked together over numerous phone calls and pictures. She based all my flowers off of the pictures I sent and everything looked exactly the same! Thank you again Chelish for making our wedding day complete!
