My basement had flooded and I called Dennis early in the morning. I saw he had some great reviews so I called him and he had a busy day already scheduled, but he promised he would come by my home and extract the water from my basement carpet. Dennis literally saved my carpet. He did a fantastic job and he is a great guy to talk with. I can tell he loves what he does and service is very important to him. I have had him back at my house since then to clean the rest of my house carpets. He flat out just a fantastic job and my carpets are dry long before his competitors are. Great job Dennis and thanks for all your help!

If you've used any carpet cleaning business, then you know how it works: Splash a ton of soapy water on your carpet, vacuum it up, and wait for it to dry. The carbonating method is more efficient and takes way less time to dry. I highly recommend Dennis and his Chem-Dry of Allen County team for your cleaning needs.

Sarah, with Chem-Dry of Allen County, cleaned the carpets in our Carriage House.  These carpets get a high amount of traffic and Sarah did an amazing job of getting them spotless.  The bedroom carpet is fairly light and it looked new when she was finished.  She was speedy and thorough at the same time.  This is the kind of technician that Chem-Dry owner, Dennis Campbell provides with his cleaning service.  I give this company my highest recommendation.

Dennis always does an amazing job! 
We've had Chem-Dry out twice now for difficult areas and had Dennis for both instances. He did an amazing job, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what we needed to solve our issues. 
I HIGHLY recommend Chem-Dry! They process, products and people are top-notch!!

Dennis Campbell and his team with CHEM-DRY of ALLEN COUNTY (Allen County is important) are hands down the BEST ever!  I think they're miracle workers when it comes to getting out stains, dirt & PET URINE completely (even upholstered furniture!). The carpet doesn't resoil like other carpet cleaners and its dry within 2 hours!  It's also "green" & totally safe for my grandchildren as well as my pets.  Next, I want to have them clean my tile floors!  My friend's tile floors look like new.
