July 14, 2017. I stopped to eat at the Grove Cherokee Casino with a group of friends, and once again was disappointed with the food preparation. The hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in rancid grease, and I was unable to eat them, and the coffee was bitter, and tasted as if it was several days old. We didn't ask to be comped, or to have our bill reduced, we just want to enjoy good food when we gable or bring friends just to eat. The restaurant was spotlessly clean., we were seated quickly, and the service from our Waitress was quick and professional. Our waitress Michelle, seemed genuinely concerned, and offered to bring another dish. We thanked her, and appreciated her efforts, but declined her offer, paid for the meal and left a good tip. Hopefully this problem with the food will be corrected, before we choose another location for entertainment.

Have been here several times the first time I thought the food was great but you seem to be going the wrong direction. The food has been cold on several occasions prime rib night it was cold even the aujus could not warm it up. Father's Day was a hot mess we realize you were busy but we were seated and several people after us were having there orders taken we did have a waitress that dropped her tray on some other customers and was shook up but someone should of stepped in she never returned to our table than another waitress took our orders another person I believe to be a manager brought the order and not once did anyone come back they offered tea to tables around us but they need to look around at your customers we had to go to the casino to get ice because no one acknowledged us then went back to get our drinks food again was cold. Had to find someone to get our ticket and a to go box to take food home to heat up all we got was we are busy. I have worked at restaurants and it was busy but not that busy to wait on your customers. I hope you improve it I would like to return but I need to see improvement eye contact would be a great start hot food would be good and change the grease in fryer the catfish was great but lately something has changed.

It was nice but too long of a drive to not win anything. My husband and I both went to separate areas and lost every bit.

Very poor service from start to finish. Food just ok.  Was told it would take 10 min. to be seated but took 1 hour only after asking what was taking so long. Staff said they thought we left, but we had the buzzer. Ask for manager, manager never came.  Music was way to loud to be enjoyable. Would not reccomend.
