I have been a patron of this casino for about 10 years. My husband was considered a high roller until he passed 2 years ago. Since he passed, I have seen a significant reduction in payouts when I go now. I blew through $600 in 3 hours on Monday night, with only 3 total red spins,( $30 max bonus). It's ridiculous,  u no longer hear many bells which tells a lot too. I have always loved this casino,  especially my host (Vanessa), but based on my experiences in the last year, i cant keep losing like i do. So, i have made the sad decision to stop going. I enjoyed it because it made me feel close to my husband, so now i will have to find another way. To casino management,  I believe the gaming commission requires a % payout, but losing over $30,000 last year, and only winning about $$5000, my guess is your payouts are too low. I 'll now try another casino close by and tell my acquaintances as well.

Wonderful service. Love the server named Taylor. Very friendly and exceptional service
 Food very good. She was there refilling our drinks without having to hunt down someone for a refill
I just wish everywhere we go the employees were that attentive
 Our room was spotless. Front desk was friendly and efficient

Large Casino with table games bars and live music.  It also features an excellent buffet and an indoor convenience store and smoke shop.  The hotel is exquisite with a hallway museum of Cherokee artifacts.  The location is located in short driving distance to town and intersects two highways 412 and 59.  Excellent parking and shuttle service.

This is the most terrible casino I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to several in various states. I play the same slots game at every casino I go to (we’ve been to three different casinos since moving to NWA last fall) and there is just something “off” about the slot machines at Cherokee. On the game I play, the payouts are incredibly low in comparison to the same game at different casinos and the bonus amounts are ridiculous. On this game, I typically get anywhere from 2-4 bonuses per $20 I put into the machine but on this game at Cherokee Casino, I am lucky to get one small bonus for every $60 I spend. I have never won at Cherokee, nor have I cashed out. We went to a different casino last weekend and I was able to play on $100 for two hours. My $100 lasted me, maybe, 20 minutes at Cherokee. There is absolutely no way these machines are random, Cherokee has them so tight that you’re lucky if you leave with half the money you came with. Even people playing around me were complaining about how the slots were “off”. I think that going there four times and losing my money within 20 minutes each time proves that the place is garbage. I’m not sure how it even stays in business.

There is something for everybody. Slots, poker, roulette etc. The drinks are good and the food is good. It's really cool when they end up having a live band on stage for the night. Something to remember though... Gambling is an addiction for those that have the addictive personality trait. Please drink, gamble and live responsibly.
