Slow service, not very friendly, I waited from 11 am to 2 pm just so they can say I have to sign in again! I wouldn't even rate them at 1...

If you get Krystal be prepared to be there a minimum of 4 to 8 hours, to get sent away several times, make you want to pull your hair out and be depressed for the rest of the day. If you get any one else your in and out and feeling good.

Friendly staff, clean, love the new location, lots of seating but if you renew your tag as soon as you are notified you won't be there long. If you put it off til the last minute take a book! Because you won't be alone!   Electronic check in & your called in order, busy staff, great parking and if you choose sign in & drop off your paper work in most cases it will be mailed the next morning.
