Overall I didn't have a bad time with my appointments except the last time I went. I actually was pretty happy with the attentiveness of everyone I had come across in the practice so far. I was going through a miscarriage and did not need or want my cervix checked at the time. I had just started bleeding and wanted a natural miscarriage. Dr. Peahen Gandhi was extremely disrespectful and needs to learn professional behavior. It is my choice to have a medical procedure or not and talking to someone in such a manner as she did should not be acceptable for any practice. Saying "well are you a doctor?" and arguing with me about how I could end up in the hospital if I don't let her... That's absolutely not true. First time I meet someone and they think they have a better idea of what my cervix feels like than I do even though I've been charting my cervical position and mucus for a very long time. I know what MY cervix feels like. I was in a very vulnerable place and certainly did not want to add to the pain I was in by having the equipment and a hand poking around in there. She could have simply said that she strongly advises that I allow it instead of trying to talk down to me and scare me into it.

My emotional experience with Cherokee Women’s Health Specialists, PC has been so wonderful. Dr Litrel and his staff have been caring, understanding and amazing. As a women who has always had female problems, I am so fortunate that the Lord has allowed me to travel miles and be with caring individuals with compassion for Women’s Health. I can not say enough that I am so grateful from the bottom of my heart that all Dr Litrel, Dr Ghandi and the whole staff of Cherokee Women’s Health Specialist,PC and Northside Hospital-Cherokee to get me back into good health. I would honestly give this a one star but here is why I am giving three (this is going to be detailed): Dr. Haley was a great doctor and was the one out of three different gyno's to figure out what was wrong with (endometriosis). He preformed my surgery and was super educational, answered all my questions, explained everything thoroughly, even after the surgery. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I AM GIVING THREE STARS. Overall I would recommend Dr. Haley. HOWEVER I would not recommend this facility. COMMUNICATION LACKS. I missed my annual for 2017 (which I normally get around november/december) I have YET to get a prescription filled that I needed back in NOVEMBER! My pharmacist said that I couldnt get it filled until I went in for a check up AND IVE TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES FOR THIS. On top of all those communication issues I have had. Before seeing Dr. Haley I was going to the canton office and I cannot remmeber the name of this doctor, but I remember telling her what I was going through and the pain I was feeling and WITHOUT ASKING ME ANY QUESTIONS OR SAYING ANYTHING she goes with the upmost disgust "well that is a shame" and walks out of the office then never brings it up again. I also had issues during my surgery where another doctor whom was not on my insurance plan AND that I was unaware of prior to surgery, help out during my surgery which they then tried to bill me for. ( I recommend watching out for this little sneaky move) Over all, I switched doctors. And switched this review to two stars because I just remembered how disgusted I am.
