Called the company the first time around and was told to download the app for future rides. Used the app around 12:30pm to request a pick up for my four friends and I to take us home. My request was denied 3 times. Finally I called the company, again, and was greeted very rudely by a man who said the area we were in downtown is very popular and the app is obsolete as the cab drivers will "go wherever the hell they want to go anyways". We were told we were going to have to "fight for the cab" if we wanted to get home.... We began to walk home, when we flagged down one of THEIR drivers (Butch Frederick) who apologized many times for the behavior of the guy we had originally spoken with. Butch gave us a ride home, thankfully, turning our 24 minute walk in an unfamiliar area into a 6 minute drive. Not sure the purpose of the app if it's obsolete and I'm certainly not happy with the attitude of the man we had spoken to on the phone. I would strongly recommend another taxi service. Hopefully the city invests in Lyft or Uber soon. Seems to be limited taxi services in the area...

Cherry Capital Cab has always gotten me where I need to be in a timely fashion. Fair pricing and patient cab drivers. Thank you for getting me home safely!

This was a great experience!  David is an amazing driver. I would say he acted more like a tour guide which was very helpful .  Such a friendly man. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend

We got a ride from a man in a Dodge Charger. He was texting and driving, ran a red light, made a U turn and was sexually messaging a lady and told us the conversation. My boyfriend and I were so uncomfortable. The total was $15 and I had a $20. He's decided his tip when I asked for some change. From now on I will make sure I do NOT get him as a driver. I've never had a problem with any other drivers.

This is the worst cab company I have ever dealt with. They are a monopoly in the area and take advantage of their customers. I cannot wait until Lyft or Uber make it out here and destroy you. I was charged $29 per cab (took two cabs) for a 3 mile drive up old mission and then tried to charge me $80 for the return ride in one van. You are a disgrace to the friendly people and visitors of Traverse City and you under appreciate your drivers.
