Quiet, well-kept park, close to downtown, right on the bike trail, with an old RR bridge to cross over and see another section of the trail. There's a big shelter if you want to have a gathering, sand volleyball courts (three I think), permanent bathrooms (pretty clean last time we were there), nice, newer playground equipment, and just open space for throwing disc if you want. Also, late summer and fall you can find apples on the trees near 18th Street.

Love this park. Clean and filled with nature. River and bike trail running right by it. Plus great place to play volleyball.

Great park to spend time with family or friends. Doesn't have a grill but still pretty good.

Fun to hang out with my son and hit the ball jump around on the playground and take a hike across the bridge

A park along the Big Sioux River Greenway system. Features a couple Playground areas, picnic shelters, volleyball courts, and a baseball Diamond

Great jumping off point for a casual walk downtown (1 mile), or a trip to Falls Park (2.25 miles) without coming in contact with vehicle traffic.

Water available, restrooms are available too.

Not well suited to canoe or kayak stops.
