If you value your house or money DO NOT HIRE CHERRY VALLEY ROOFING!  They replaced my roof last June/July ('15) and it wasn't until the first big storm that I discovered they didn't actually ever finish the job.  They didn't tie in the new roof to an existing roof that didn't need repair, leaving it open to leak water down a wall and ruin the floors in my living room.  The roofing job only cost a little over $8000 which was fine.  It's going to cost upwards of $16000 to get the damage to my walls and floor repaired, and Don Rios doesn't answer his phone.  The main phone line is disconnected and the FAX line has a message that says he'll "get back to you as soon as I can."  Right!  It's been over a month now since the damage occurred.  I've called nearly every day.  So the Contractor's State Licensing Board has been involved and I'm making a claim against the bond he had when he did my work.  That's also a losing proposition though, since his bond was only good for $12,500.  I lose money no matter what.  If you value your house or your money DO NOT HIRE CHERRY VALLEY ROOFING!
