I’ve never had an agent/office that is as diligent and caring as this State Farm team. Amber is always there for me when I have questions about any of my policies, which I often do, and always does her best to make sure I’m getting the best rates possible while providing impeccable customer service every time. What also greatly impressed me was when I was in a car accident one afternoon a couple of years ago and I received a call later that evening from my agent. All he wanted to know was that I was okay and if I needed anything. That was it. No questions about the accident, who was at fault or coverage issues. He was genuinely concerned for my well being and nothing more. I’ve never had that level of service before from an insurance agent and I will never forget it.

Rebecca was the best person I’ve worked with, I’m young and leasing a car so that’s the worst possible scenario you can be in when it comes to car insurance and she managed to give me the best price! She should be promoted ASAP! She was great!

In a world of automation it's nice to know that you can call your agent and speak with a live person who can provide that personal service that has become a thing of the past. Cheryl and her staff is always available to help whatever the need is.  You buy insurance hoping you'll never use it but once you do, Cheryl and her staff is there to help you. They have helped us with our new drivers; not to mention a recent claim.  Having the claim made us realize that we made the right decision by going with Cheryl!
