Poor customer service! Ordered a very expensive cookie box to be delivered on a specific day for a employee party. Then was told it won't be there for 3-5 days after the party. The cookies at that point will be 7-9 days old. Then was told I should have paid for overnight..already paid $25 for shipping.

Both workers were very friendly and helpful not only to me but the other customers in the store. They were also willing to help each other out and show great teamwork!

This has got to be the # 1 Cookie store in the Ohio Area.  We have been getting cookies from them for a few months. The wedding cake cookie is my favorite. You need to try it.

Really disappointed about the Buckeyes. I just moved back home and was looking forward to them. Got some here and they are not only, well, pretty bad...but they were certainly not homemade. Anyone with eyes and tastebuds can tell those things are mass produced.

Was helped over online chat by Evon. He was an amazing help to me and went above and beyond to help with my issue. I will definitely be ordering from Cheryl's again in the future!
