Very pleasant for this area. Was helped by a older woman who was very polite and descriptive. She answered all questions promptly without the run around or being tricked into a app fee. I didnt qualify to rent but would love to rent at this place

If the original owner still owns this place he is a liar and a thief and owns me $2200. I have paperwork with your signature on it stating that you would get rid of the judgment  If I sold you the trailer.  Since you refuse to answer my phone calls about why you never remove the judgment. I'm gonna have to go get an attorney and Sue you

Great place and awesome management Connor your awesome and keep up the good work Chesapeake Trailer Park has come along way with u at the wheel in the office very nice trailers good people hardly any trouble and nice paved Roads and it's kid friendly
