Do not use this floral shop!  Absolutely horrible customer service!  I called early in the morning and was "guaranteed" delivery of my order that day for a very important delivery.  I received a call at 10AM indicating it would be challenging.  I expressed the importance of the delivery and asked that they get it there or call if it would not.  My delivery never made it, I was never called back and the important event passed without the special delivery we requested.  When I called to discuss, the manager did not take my call and I was on hold for 15+ minutes.  Highly recommend you do not use this flower shop!
