Thank you Cheslers Shoes Belleville for consistently hiring the most stuck up employees who provide the absolute minimum amount of customer service! It's is actually so over the top, as to be almost comical and I WILL continue to shop here because I find this hilarious and you have nice shoes :) Cheers!

In my opinion, Chester shoes has the worst customer service.

I went into the store and the employee working didn't even make any eye contact with me. There was no greeting and no acknowledge that I even existed. 
I could understand if the store was busy they may have missed acknowledging me, but there was only one other customer in the store.

Chester shoes lost my business and my future business. Congratulations!

I TELL EVERYONE about the great service and the quality footwear.  I have narrow feet and wear orthopedic inserts in my shoes which makes for challenges to get the right fit in a shoe.  I have no difficulty finding the shoes I want and need.  The bonus for me is the ability to order shoes if Cheslers doesn't have my size and colour in the store.  Thank you, Cheslers!
