I have been working with Adam and Brooke since the beginning of August (2.5 months), and I have loved every minute of it.  Not only have I lost over 40 pounds in that time, yes, you read correctly, 40 pounds, I have also learned to look at food as fuel and not as a treat, a social necessity, or anything else that provides an excuse to overeat.  The workouts are a highlight of my day, and I can't imagine not working with them, even after I reach my goal weight.  The support, encouragement, and relationships developed are priceless. I encourage anyone wanting to be stronger, better conditioned, lose weight, or all of the above to give them a call.  I can't say enough great things about either of them.  They have truly changed my life.

Adam and Brooke are great!  They encourage with respect and can easily know when you can do more and push you to do so.  They come to my company to do group sessions and more people keep wanting to join the group because everyone is so stoked about the workouts.  I would definitely recommend them!

For many years I considered myself a lost cause with exercise and nutrition. I really didn't think it could make that much of a difference. With the knowledge I have gained about nutrition and the motivation to make exercise and strength training part of my life style that has changed. Chester County Training has proven to me that consistent focus in these areas brings great results!!! At the age of 58 I never thought it was possible. I highly recommend them to everyone!!
