The staff is always there during the posted hours, paying online is a breeze, and I never had a problem accessing my unit. The humidity in the non-temperature controlled, drive-up units gets high enough to warp heavy-duty cardboard moving boxes so keep that in mind when choosing a unit.

Perfect place to store things between semesters at WCU. Attendant was very helpful. Storage unit was clean and convenient.

This place was a very good experience. Never used a storage unit before and this was a nice introduction. The people were friendly and I was able to pick out the unit and pay online every month. The facilities were very clean and safe looking, digital keypad lock and gate to keep things safe. Would recommend.

Great people, very friendly. Fair price for a CLEAN  5'x10' (50 sq. ft). I would definitely recommend this place

Helped my brother move some things into an interior unit here, the storage company provided dollys for moving material inside the building, a nice added perk. Brother mentioned it was reasonably priced.
